ILLUMRA Bluetooth switches are compatible with Casambi receivers (P/Ns: BTT-S1AWH & BTT-S2AWH)
Switch configuration is accomplished using NFC (near field communications) between a mobile device and the switch module. This is the same secure technology used for Tap to pay credit cards as well as Apple and Google Pay transactions between mobile phones and credit card terminals.
To configure the switch, follow instructions in the Casambi iOS or Android apps.
Troubleshooting:
Problem: ILLUMRA switch doesn't respond to NFC configuration
Solution: Older switches may have NFC communication disabled. Follow instructions in this video to enable NFC.
